A Word about our Founder

Springrocc Wealth & Estate Inc. was founded by Lacey Robertson in 2022. Lacey was always a motivated entrepreneur with a knack for picking things up quickly. After watching her husband, Jarrett Robertson, working as a hiring manager and talent development professional for the London Life Insurance Company, Lacey thought to herself, “If Jarrett can hire and develop all these great Advisors, why not me?” Lacey quickly became licensed and was unrelenting at the growth of her successful practice. After just a couple short years dedicating herself to the trade, Lacey was running a thriving practice with 3 additional employees, including her husband, Jarrett.

Success came quickly and had its rewards, but only with the sacrifice of time. In 2024, Lacey made a difficult decision to leave the company she had started and nurtured so dutifully in order to make sure her two boys, now getting older and competing in Hockey at a high level, had all the opportunities she could provide for them.

In her stead, she left the organization in the capable hands of Kristen Daize, Director of Operations, and Jarrett Robertson, the second-best Advisor in the household. Her world revolves around her boys and their passion for hockey, and she keeps a regular eye on Springrocc to make sure that Jarrett is doing things just the way she would. Lacey is also currently developing a marketing and textile branding company with her spare time.
